Nest IQ outdoor camera hex tool

Hello @members.  I have a nest. IQ outdoor camera that I am trying to unmount from the wall. I am missing the tiny tool to separate the base to get to the mounting screws. It appears that it is a tiny hex head screw requiring a female hex tool if I am correct. Can anyone help me here

I understand your concern regarding the tool to unmount your Nest IQ Outdoor Camera; help’s here.

Your Nest Cam IQ Outdoor uses a lock to securely attach to your wall, and in this case, if you lose your hex key in order to unmount your camera, you can purchase a 2.5 mm (3/32”) hex key from your local hardware store. 

You can refer to the next article, where you can find the steps to unmount your camera and also the tools that you need: Remove Nest camera or doorbell from its stand or mount.
