Nest-Yale lock was removed, still saying its on the account

Did a wifi upgrade, and since then, the thermostat has worked, but the Nest x Yale lock has not.  Followed troubleshooting steps, and it would still not work.  In the Nest app it shows that the lock is not on the account. In the google home app it doesn't show that the lock is there, but each time I try to add the lock, it says its already on the account.  

 

Any ideas how to fix what google has broken?
