Nest connect factory reset

Hi!  My Nest connect will no longer show up in the app. I tried resetting it with flashing blue light and this did not work. I have tried to do factory reset but once the light goes solid yellow, it never flashes like the instructions say it should. It will not let me add to the app because it says it is already added to the account. What do I do to solve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. 

 

Are you signed in on the correct account where the Nest × Yale Lock was added? If not, please make sure by going to the Nest app's Settings or the gear icon located at the top right corner, tapping Accounts, and then selecting Sign out. After that, select Sign in with Nest shown at the bottom of the page, then select your email address to continue.
