Tells me that it can’t lock the deadbolt, but it does

The lock tells me (aloud and via notification on my iPhone) that it can’t lock the door, but the door is definitely locked. Why am I getting this notification?

Yes I did, that didn’t correct it.  It seems like the like is very sensitive and doesn’t calibrate.
