Resolved! Moving Nest Yale Lock from one home account to another

I set up my Nest Yale Lock on the wrong home account (I have two) . Is there any way to just move the existing lock from one home account to another? Or do I have to remove it entirely and reinstall it under the new home account?

Need help with service

I don’t like this. No phone number to call no one to talk to. I’m trying to pay to get service and keep getting the runaround on the internet. Is there any one can help. I’m about to go to a real security company.

Yale nest lock thumb lock

We have a window in our door with the Yale nest lock and the thumb lock is visible from outside. is there a way to disable it and only use the app?
