I have been gifted a new google home. Iam trying to set up using my I phone. It connect to the internet but then I am getting an error message ‘something went wrong’ speaker may be set up, but we could not communicate with it from your iPhone. Make sure that you have enabled local network access in your iPhone’s privacy settings. Then try again.
im obviously ensuring that the local network access is turned on, I’ve restarted phone, wifi and google home but the same message appears. What else can I do to complete set up? FYI I’m using a I phone 16 IOS 26
