Google Home app not updating real time controls from Tuya app

Hello, I've observed for some time now that when I control devices on Tuya Smart app, it doesn't take effect on the Google Home app till I open the Google Home app and manually refresh the app.

I don't know if this is a cloud communication bridge between Tuya Smart app and the Google Home app but it causes delays on the backend scenes and automations I have already set up on the Tuya Smart app.

Please can anyone assist on possible solutions or on what to do to make it work seamlessly?

Thank you for sharing your experience. Could you provide more details, perhaps videos showing the side-by-side behavior of both apps? That would help us better understand the issue.

Also, please try using Homegraph Viewer to validate the state of the device changes. Google Home pulls device status from Homegraph, and this might help clarify whether the status update is being communicated properly.

Is this issue occurring with a specific device, or is it affecting all devices? Generally, Google Home updates device status on the details page every 30 seconds. However, if you manually refresh the page, you’ll see the update faster. This doesn’t necessarily mean the status change occurs 30 seconds after you make it on the Tuya app—it's just how the Google Home app refreshes the status internally.
