New phone won't allow home app info

Went from a working home app on pixel 7 using Android 16 beta to new pixel 10 pro with android 16 beta.  I open and allow all permissions.  But won't go past the eula/ google terms splash screen.  The 'oo' choice is greyed out.  Gone through all troubleshooting steps .  The devices are found on the browser app.    But nothing I've found or done allow past splash screen.  2 months.  2 updates.

Still 3 weeks later.  Cannot get the home app to go past screen in video 

I've deleted and reloaded home multiple times.  No way to manage devices when home app isn't working.  Sad thing is Zim getting notifications from cameras.  But still can't access any devices
