1st Gen Nest Hub Power Cord

I have 4 Nest Hubs and one suddenly stopped working - I’m pretty sure our kitten chomped the cord but I can’t find any breaks in the wire. 

i tried the Hub with a different cord and it works fine so it’s got to be the cord. My issue is I can’t find one to replace it. It’s hard to believe that they made millions of them and nobody ever needed to replace the cord ever. Am I missing something? I found a knock off on Amazon but it’s $85 so I might as well just buy a new unit at that point. 

I live in Canada - any suggestions as to who might sell the cords to a 1st Gen home hub? Thanks in advance!

While we don't sell or replace Google Nest Hub power cables and adapters, you could try looking for any third-party power cable. Check the specifications here. By the way, can you see any damage to the power cable of your Nest Hub?

Thanks for replying - no damage that I can see ( especially when comparing to lightning cables which still work when shredded…). 

As I mentioned, if third party ones are $85 then I guess I just have to buy a new hub. Or go without. Which I’m more inclined to do.

If you can't see any damage on the power cord or adapter, we can check for other options. When and where did you purchased your Nest Hub?

My apologies- I thought I’d replied to this but I don’t see it here. Basically, I don’t have the receipt but I did purchase at an Indigo Books and Music in Ancaster, ON. Date of purchase was likely sometime mid 2020? But that’s a guess. Not sure if that helps at all. Thx
