I've had my Nest Hub Max for a little over 2 years and this week I wake up to it being off. I tried multiple plugging it back in and out and nothing. Also tried different outlets. Anyone else have this issue?

Could you please try one more troubleshooting step?
On the back of Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.
Please let me know if your device powers on or not. Let's get this issue resolved!

I tried this before coming here but I tried it again and still nothing happened. Doesn't power on.
