2 hub same time controll

I have 2 Google hub display and just on one I can see cameras. How can I controll everything on 2nd either in different room?

Are both of your Nest Hubs in the same Google Nest "home" in the Google Home app and on the same Wi-Fi network?

Yes. They are in the same home same WiFi  and different room. But I can't controll anything on second.

You could try rebooting the Nest Hub that doesn't seem to be fully functioning; there are 2 ways to do so:
