Hello, suddenly I can't use anymore the Google home, it says that it's not connected and I need to check the wi fi, but the wi fi is connected.
Something is wrong and I don't know who to talk too.

I assume you have already tried to power cycle the unit, if so have you tried a factory reset ?

I tried everything. Also it said I should input devices to see it all together?
Also, it said no possible to connect to Google home. Why?

Hi dear, I tried to settings all the details again. Delete the card from the app and reopen again. But still dosen't work. It says I should set up room or maybe add devices.
