Hello,
My device is crashing after ~24h and needs to be reset daily.
I have previously commented on similar thread where I described everything ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/thread/118844490/my-google-nest-hub-goes-blank-and-unresponsiv... ). The thread is closed and we were redirected to private conversations. My case number is 6-0879000032285. However, nobody answers on the emails. I have no information about anything now. Radio silence.
Will there be any answer? Is someone trying to fix the case? I guess someone is, because it's big. But is it fixable at all? Is it more like a month or half a year work?
I understand that it is a bigger issue and I do not expect solution immediately. But it would be nice to at least get some information on the case after all...
