Arabic language

Hi

I tried to change nest mini language to Arabic but it's showing it may not supported on some connected devices, so on my mobile it speaks Arabic but speaks English on the nest mini 

 

I tried many things,  also i want to return the device but they refused to return,  so i need a solution pls

Is there any updates or firmware to download so nest mini can speak Arabic

شاكر لكم السرعة و الاهتمام للرد لكن للمعلومية انا مستخدم و من كامل حقي ان احصل عليها خصوصا اذا كنت دافع قيمتها ماليا ليس خطاي و لا ذنبي انكم لم توفرا لي لغتي علي اجهزتكم خصوصا انه تتوفر اجهزتكم في بلدي و ردكم لي هذا عذر اقبح من ذنب بامكانكم تطوير برنامج التشغيل و اضافه اللغة العربيه و لا اريد ذكر اليكسا و الذي تفوق عليكم بمراحل و للعلم لو كنت اعلم ان جهازكم لا يدعم لغتي مقارنة باليكسا لم افكر حتى بشراءة اكرري لكم شكري كما اذكركم بان اختلاف الراي لا يفسد من الود قضية ارجوا تطوير منتجكم او استرجاعه لي.
