Assistant no longer recognise songs

Hi

For a few weeks now when I ask what song is playing, the Assistant tells me that he didn't understand or that there is nothing playing (sometimes he starts singing me a song...). The expected behavior is to tell me the artist and song that is playing at that moment, as he did until recently.


This happens on all 3 devices I own (2 Nest Hub 2 Gen and 1 Home Mini). Other "song related" commands work fine ("play xxx", "stop" etc).

 

I tried with Spotify and YouTube Music

I tried unlinking and reconnecting the services

I tried resetting Google devices

 

Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Were there any recent changes made? Does it happen only when you play music? Try to connect your device to another network and observe if it makes a difference.
