Audio Casting issue

We bought a "Chromebook" and we install your software, but we found out, that we can't audio cast our music with it even if we click on the cast logo.

Could you tell us how to proceed to activate our Google nest. The only thing we do, it's to listen to the music.

We don't use it for movies or you tube or any films. We just use it for music

Could you please tell us what Google Nest speakers are you using? If you're trying to play any content your Chromebook to your Google Nest speakers, make sure that both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 

 

Cast content from Chrome to your speaker or display:

 

Option 1. From the Cast button

Note: The "Cast desktop" option is not supported on speakers and displays.

  1. If you’ve pinned the Cast button to your toolbar, in the upper right corner of your browser, click the Cast button Inactive cast extension .
  2. Choose the speaker or display you want to play music on.

Option 2. From a Chromecast-enabled site

  1. Open a Cast-enabled site.
  2. Click the Cast button Inactive cast extension . This is typically found near other media controls, like play, pause, and volume.
  3. Choose the speaker or display you want to play music on.

Option 3. From Chrome Setting menu

  1. In the Chrome toolbar in the upper right corner of your browser, click the Chrome Settings menu More menu and then Cast...
  2. Choose the speaker or display you want to play music on.

Option 4. From a webpage in Chrome

  1. Open a tab in Chrome browser.
  2. Right click on the webpage and then Cast...
  3. Choose the speaker or display you want to play music on.
