Black Screen Of Death

Early August 2025, my Google Next Hub Max screen went black.  I tried to reboot it, tried a different outlet and even attempted a factory reset.  For all options, the screen was always black and never changed or reacted.  Please help me recover the Google Next Hub Max.

Update:  Bad news.  Google, after troubleshooting, recommended buying a new device.  $250 USD reivestment after only 5 years of use.  Not good Google product quality.

L'assistance Google Home Nest Hub Max a conclu que le matériel interne ne fonctionnait plus et m'a recommandé de recycler l'appareil et d'en acheter un nouveau. Ils m'ont suggéré d'essayer un nouvel adaptateur secteur, mais ceux-ci ne sont pas vendus séparément. Pas d'inquiétude, je survivrai ! Merci de m'avoir contacté !

Google Home Nest Hub Max support has concluded that the internal hardware is no longer working and recommended I recycle the device and buy a new one. They suggested I try a new power adapter, but those aren't sold separately. No worries. I will survive! Thanks for reaching out!
