I was in the middle of a Duo call and my nest hub max went to a black unresponsive screen. I was able to hear but couldn't see them or touch the screen. I ended the call verbally and after 5 minutes it happened again. I have factory reset it 2 times and unplugged the power outlet for 30 seconds. This seems to be a recurring issue. Any advice on how to fix?
