Blank white screen

Hi There

My google nest hub, is showing blank white screen, with colour G in the middle of the screen. I’ve tried factory resetting x I’ve also tried other instructions I saw posted within the community ie. unplugging power from back for 10 seconds (repeating for a total of 11 times), still not working.
