Il mio Nest Mini, spesso si blocca perde la connessione e per ripristinarlo devo riavviarlo staccando l'alimentazione.

Buona sera, il mio Nest Mini è collegato al suo alimentatore e collegato al router con connessione 2.4GHz e 5GHz a una distanza di 2 metri. Ho effettuato il reset due volte, effettuando il ripristino il Nest Mini fa la presentazione vocale in lingua italiano e in spagnolo, ma a distanza di qualche giorno ha ripresentato il problema, dispositivo office.

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Mini. I'd like to verify few things so we can sort this thing out.

  • Are you using the original power of your Google Nest Mini?
  • Is it directly plugged in to a power source (wall outlet)?
  • How far is the Google Nest Mini from your router?

Let's try to completely reset your device and see if that would make any changes. Let us know how it goes by responding to this thread.

I appreciate the details you shared.

 

Let's try to plug it in directly into a power outlet and if possible, try setting it up using a mobile hotspot so we can further isolate if it is a network related.

 

Also, are there other Google Home/Nest speakers connected using the same WiFi network?

Nella mia casa sono installati altri apparecchi Google Nest e Chromecast, nessuna ha problemi di collegamento.
Solo questo Nest Mini 2, rimane connesso qualche giorno poi si blocca, sto cercando di fare altre prove spostandolo in casa, ma ad oggi non ho risposte positive.
Non credo che sia un problema alla mia rete, ho circa 20 dispositivi connessi, computer, TV smart, tablet, smartphone, termostato, videocamere...... e nessuno ha problemi.
 
Il Nest Mini 2 è un caso isolato.

I appreciate all the details you shared as well as the steps you tried.

 

Since you mentioned that there are multiple devices connected to your network, let's try to reboot your router by unplugging it from the power source for at least a few minutes to refresh the network settings and to avoid the congestion.

 

Keep me posted if there are any changes on its behavior.

Hello Princess, I think I understand where my problem is, at least for the moment it is working, I have been monitoring the operation for a few days and it has not given me problems. I wouldn't want to be wrong, but I think the problem comes from some Philips LED lamps connected with bluetooth, perhaps too close to the Nest Mini, to the point of sending it into tilt.

Please keep on monitoring your device's behavior while it is working smoothly. I would also recommend to contact Philips Hue for some other things that needs to be check on the bulb's settings.
