Bluetooth speaker shared with nest hub

Hello.

I have a Bluetooth speaker (UE boom 3) that i want to share  between my tv and my Google nest hub 2. 

I connected it to my nest hub. Everything works fine. Then I want to watch something on tv and connect it to the same speaker...

But if I want to go back using the nest hub it stop working with my speaker. I need to re parameter it... Why?

You can pair a speaker or display to multiple Bluetooth enabled speakers or headphones, but it will only connect to the most recently connected device. Check this link for more information.
