We're sorry to hear about your experience with your new Google Nest speakers. If you have tried other wall outlet and still no indication that your speaker is turning on, this would already be a subject for replacement.
If you purchased your Google Nest speaker in a store near you, we would recommend to return it to the store to get a real time replacement. However, if this is purchased from Google Store, you may fill out this form so we can assist you further with the replacement.
