Camera Feed not Available

I recently started having issues with my Nest Hub's stating a message "Camera Feed not Available" after asking it to stream a camera. Below are the steps I have taken to isolate the issue to the Nest Hub.

  1. Unplugged my Eero Router's and powered back on
  2. Unplugged the modem and reset
  3. Cameras all came online and can be viewed from the Nest App
  4. Verified cameras are all connected to the Eero closest to the camera with good signal strength
  5. Asked the nest hub to stream one of the cameras, It will pull it up then after a minute or little longer (Not always the same amount of time) it displays the "Camera Feed not Available" message
  6. Pulled up the Nest App on my iPhone and can stream the camera just fine
  7. Pulled up the Google Home app on my iPhone and can stream the camera just fine.

The issue is only with the Nest Hub not being able to stream the cameras. I have done everything I can think of short of removing my entire home and rebuilding from scratch which would not be ideal as I have a lot of products.

When did it start happening? Have you tried resetting your Nest Hub? If the issue persists after resetting your device, please provide the cast firmware and software version of your Nest Hub? Also, include the version of your Google Home and Nest app.

I have the same issue. I’ve rebuilt my home removing all the cameras and re-adding them. Cameras stream fine on the google home app and the nest app. The issue is the google hub. It’ll open the nest camera for a few minutes and then it’ll say camera feed unavailable.

Hello,

Yes I am still having this issue. I have reset everything as well. It’s an issue only with the Google Hub
