I have connected Nest Hub to a port on Netgear rxa50 router, all devices on Goggle nest hub are now working using/sending WFI signal from my home network.

Im not quite sure of what your asking here, Nest Hubs can be (and in fact MUST be) added to your home wifi network yes, what do you mean by fully functional?
Nest Hubs are NOT wifi networks, you may be thinking of Nest Wifi?

Okay, so you are referring to the Nest Wifi , NOT the nest hub. Nest hubs are media devices with screens and speakers that show and play content, Nest Wifi are the white pods that provide Wifi. Glad to hear its working.
