Can’t get Google Home to sign into Telstra

Incoming calls have worked up until recently and suddenly stopped. Nothing was changed. Went to call setting screen (pictured) and it says Telstra is not signed in. I click to sign in then I get an error screen (second picture). Have reached out to Telstra and they say to ask Google as it’s not their problem. Any ideas? Have done all the usual - restart router, disconnect/reconnect network, reset device.

I searched our Help Communities and did see other experiencing the same: Cannot pair Telstra mobile to activate voice calling on my Google home - Google Account Community 

How do I set-up and use voice-activated calling with Google Nest? | Telstra Support Just in case that link helps.

I would try reinstalling the Telstra app (if you use one) and see if that helps.
