Incoming calls have worked up until recently and suddenly stopped. Nothing was changed. Went to call setting screen (pictured) and it says Telstra is not signed in. I click to sign in then I get an error screen (second picture). Have reached out to Telstra and they say to ask Google as it’s not their problem. Any ideas? Have done all the usual - restart router, disconnect/reconnect network, reset device.

How do I set-up and use voice-activated calling with Google Nest? | Telstra Support Just in case that link helps.
I would try reinstalling the Telstra app (if you use one) and see if that helps.
