Can't no longer add a specific Nest Mini to groups, can't even rename it

Hi there,

I had to change my WIFI network and I'm no longer able to add 1 of my 3 devices to any group (after a looong time the following error appears on iOS: com.google.castframework setuplib castsetup error 0), I can't even rename it (google cloud error, in this case, but I can rename the other devices as usual).

  • Which Google speaker devices are you trying to connect? (model name, generation number)
Nest Mini sys ver 279716 | cast firmware 1.54.279716

  • Is this the first time you are making a speaker group?
Nope, it worked like a charm for months

  • Where is that error showing up? On the Google Home App?

Yep, google home app on iOS

  • Could you post a screenshot of that error message?

          Sure, see below

  • Are the speakers powering on and working normally besides this issue?

They are, every speaker works on its own, also a group with all devices BUT that one is working

  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on the device itself? If so, what have you tried?
Reboot everything, factory reset everything (router, devices, iphone), delete home, delete app, reinstall...

One more thing: that device was the only one that needed an update, despite being bought in the same period (same model & generation, I presume). The other 2 devices didn't require any upgrade.

I'm out of ideas 😞 thanks in advance!
    Dan
