Can’t play devices

When I go to any of my three google home devices on my phone I can’t get them to play. The screen shows “YouTube” and it looks like it should be playing but it doesn’t when I tap the play button it doesn’t do anything and I can’t get it to clear the screen.  I have reloaded the app on my phone 4 times, I have unplugged all of the devices.  I don’t know what to do.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

To make sure, do you have the Google Nest Hub display? Was it working before? Is it also happening when you use voice commands when playing music? Could you try using this command, "OK Google, play music"? Rebooting your router and devices might help too in refreshing their connection.
