Hello all. I cannot connect my Google Nest Hub Max to my AT&T WiFi. I recently switched providers from Spectrum to AT&T. Not sure if this has to do with 2.4 versus 5 GHz connection; AT&T default settings does not let user choose which connection they want for which device.

Hi AlexisSteven,

If you've already changed to a different WiFi network, try these steps:
  1. Open the Google Home app Rdianco_0-1629919141773.png

    .
  2. At the top left, tap Add Rdianco_1-1629919141770.png

     Set up device Rdianco_3-1629919141768.png

     New device Rdianco_5-1629919141778.png

set up new devices in your home.
  3. Follow the in-app steps.
If these steps above don’t solve the issue, you’ll need to factory reset your speaker or display, then set it up again using your new WiFi network and password.

Instead of factory resetting your speaker or display, if you're comfortable changing your router settings, you can change your new WiFi network name and password in your router's settings to be the same as the previous ones. Your device should then automatically connect to the WiFi.
