Cast Video to chromecast tv and sound from nest

Hey, is it possible to connect chromecast to monitor and sound  from google nest… so i can see video on monitor and sound from nest….

Yes I have done this, you would cast to the monitors Chromecast, then on your phone media controls should appear , and you can select to cast the sound to your Google speakers
