Changing the alarms 24hr format to 12hr format

How do you change the alarms 24hr format to 12hr format as when setting alarms it automatically shows 24hr format, I actually want it to show the 12hr format. 

I cannot find how to navigate between 12hr and 24hr formats

It used to before the latest update about 2 months ago.

• Tap Favorites or Devices.
• Tap and hold your device's tile > tap Settings >, or More > tap Settings > Device information.
• You'll be able to see the feature "Time Format."
• Change the desired format.
