Chrome volume from Android

Hello. When my wife streams from her handy and adjusts the volume on her mobile, the volume on the TV also gets adjusted. When she restarts her mobile it is gone. On my mobile it doesn't do this.. can somebody please help.

Is this with a Chromecast?

Typically controlling the volume of a Chromecast is only active on a phone while casting but you can do it from the Home app as well. This typically controls the Chromecast volume, not the TV volume. On some Android TVs or Chromecast Built In TVs, that might mean the TV volume.

So is the volume control there while casting or at other times? Can you upload screenshot of the volume control?
