@RJ4, that certainly hasn't been easy for you ― a few questions: do you have a Nest Hub or Nest Hub Max? Do you happen to have a new Netgear Nighthawk? It would help a lot if you could follow the steps below:
If both the existing and the new Wi-Fi networks are available
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap the device card of the preferred speaker or display.
- At the top right, tap Settings > Device information > Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi network listed is the network the device is currently connected to.
- To change the Wi-Fi network, tap Forget > Forget network.
- Go back to the home screen.
- Tap Add.
- Tap Set up device > complete the setup steps.
If the original Wi-Fi network is no longer available or accessible
- Attempt to connect the device to the new network by following the steps to setup Google Home.
- If you are unable to change the network settings from within the Google Home App or having issues adding the device to another Wi-Fi network, perform a factory reset.
- Proceed with the set up.
