Thanks for the info you've shared. Upon checking, your device is already out of warranty and we can no longer replace it. However, as an option, you can check compatible cables with the same specs as your adapter. Here's some useful info: Google Nest and Home device specifications

Tried the specifications, I have now had two cables delivered that do not fit…i would have a list of compatible power cables on your website. Probably won’t purchase from Google again
