I have lights from Cync (C by GE) lights, and ever since Cync has utilized a new app for their systems, I have been unable to connect it to my Google Home now. So when I ask Google to turn the lights on, nothing happens anymore and she says “That light isn’t available.” So now in order to use my lights I have to open the Cync app. Please help! I’ve trouble shot everything I’ve found so far.

I’m using the new Cync as well but haven’t experienced your issues. My advice would be to reset the bulb to factory settings and in doing so you will update the bulbs’ firmware. That may solve the issue.
