Fail to cancel my Schedule action

Hi,

I can't cancel my scheduled action even if I use the word suggested by Google to cancel the schedule action as below:

  • “Hey Google, cancel my scheduled Actions”
  • “Hey Google, remove my [device name] schedule.”

None of them work. My Google Nest Hub or Nest Mini or even my Android phone will just reply "Sorry. I can't find anything on your calender".

This isn't like this when scheduled action function first comes to Google Assistant on last year end. It used to work before but not working anymore since recent months.

I also saw others complain this issue on August 2021 at your old Google Support forum but the moderator just ignore this issue by locking the thread.

Same issue also being brought up on last week by another users but your staff/moderator just lock his/her thread without giving solution or try troubleshoot this issue.

I would like emphasise that this is NOT a solution thread. I NEVER found any solution nor workaround for this issue. It is a bug. Please at least look into it seriously and fix it. Th anks

Sorry to hear about the issues that you've been having with your Google Assistant, I'm sure it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this for you.

To address the last thread that you provided, I closed it as it was just a solution and there was no issue there, and not activity happened on the thread. 

 

I would suggest reaching out to the Google Assistant Forums so that they can help you with this issue as it is an issue with the Google Assistant functionality.
