Google Hub Max stuck on "Almost Done" screen with unresponsive "finish setup" button

Hi Mrpinoux,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your Google Hub Max is stuck on the "Almost done screen. I am happy to help with this! Please try the following steps:

  1. Reboot your Wi-Fi router
  2. Reboot your Google Nest Hub Max: 
  • Unplug the power cord from your Google Nest Hub Max.
  • Leave it unplugged for ~1 minute.
  • Plug the power cord back in.

Done that, and same result. Seems like the screen touch isn't working anymore. Camera is working, volume buttons are working, but not the screen.

Thanks for your reply and for trying the troubleshooting steps. I have a question: have you tried performing a factory reset? If not, please visit Factory Data Reset (FDR) Google Home to do so.

Hi Manuel, I have also performed a factory reset. Unfortunately, same result.
