Bonjour, depuis peu impossible de demander une recette ou d'autres requêtes  sur internet. L'assistant répond qu'il ne comprend pas. De plus pour allumer des ampoules connectées il fonctionne mais pour les éteindre il dit qu'il ne reconnaît pas ces appareils. Pour info j'ai fait des redémarrages ainsi qu'une reinitialisation d'usine mais rien n'y fait. Cela pourrait-il venir d'une mise à jour. Si tel est le cas mauvaise pioche. Je ne vois plus trop l'intérêt d'une simple radio avec un fond d'écran. Je vais certainement me diriger vers la concurrence.

To isolate the issue with the Google assistance and controlling the lights, I suggest following the next steps:

• Make sure you have the latest version of the Google Home App.
• Retrain Google Assistant to recognize your voice. You can refer to this article: Access Google Assistant with your voice.
• Try to rename the lights, for example: “lights of the living room”. You can find more information about how to change the name of the device in this article: Share a home & devices in the Google Home app.

Bonjour Jeannecarte,

J'ai exactement les mêmes symptomes, requetes simples incomprises par google, alors que certaines plus compliquées sont bien prises en compte, idem coté domotique, l'aspirateur aucun problème, les volets par contre ca ne passe plus en vocal. toujours possible de les maniper via HOME sur le téléphone par contre.

Si tu as un début d'explication de quelqu'un, je suis preneur.

To gather more information, I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

• Can't you control just the shutters, or does it happen with other devices?
• Have you already performed any troubleshooting steps?

In the meantime, you can try the following:

• Unlink the app from the shutters and link it again through the Home app.
• Make sure the devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• You can also try renaming your device. You can refer to the next article: How to Rename or Set a Nickname for Your Devices.
