My Google home hub is frozen on a grey G startup screen. I cant reboot or factory reset.

I also need help with this issue. A few weeks ago my Nest Hub Gen 1 got stuck on the gray screen with the white G in the middle. I have done factory resets and it just goes back to the gray screen. How can we talk to a representative for further instruction? Thanks!
