My Home Hub has suddenly developed the Grey screen of death… won’t work if reset, u plugged nothing. Goggle you need to sort this

I had the same problem reading the forum I found this solution which worked for me.
1.- Place the device in Recovery Mode (unplug the device then hold down (long press) the volume up and volume down buttons while you plug in the device. Release the volume button once the device turns back on.)
