I have 2 Google nest hub that out of nowhere stopped working. The simply show a grey screen w a white g. Tried unplugging and waiting still the same. I can't reboot bc the cant be detected. This is very disappointing be they arent even 2 yrs old and I just got a hub max but Im going to get my money back and switch to another home device service if they are just going to give out after a yr or 2.

I have exactly the same problem. Have seen other comments with the same problem, and have never seen a reply from Google anywhere.
