Goggle Hub Disconnecting All The Time

So sick of my hub continually disconnecting.  Will probably take the doorbell and throw it out along with the hub. SO NOT HAPPY B

same problem. Is google care about their products or not?

Thank you for reaching out and your patience. I understand your frustration, having a device disconnect all the time is not a great experience. I would be more than happy to help you two. First, I have some quick questions regarding this situation.

  • Which Google Nest Hub do you have? (1st or 2nd gen.)
  • Does your device power on and show as connected on the Google Home App?
  • Does this happen randomly or when you are using the device? 
  • Do you get or see any error message? If so, where and what do they say?
  • Can you try rebooting your router and the Google Nest Hub? Does the issue still occur?

Please keep me updated, let's get this issue resolved!
