Google Assistant Smart Clocks Displaying Wrong Time

All google assistant-enabled devices in my home suddenly started displaying the wrong time, one hour behind. When asking Google the time, the correct time is noted but still wrong on the display. Alarms however correspond to the wrong display time - all a very strange and annoying issue. 

I’ve tried restarting the WiFi router, removing/adding home address, and a factory reset of each device with no luck. 

This seems to have happened a few times over the past few years. What’s going on Google? Please fix this ASAP.
