Google Home Display Not Connecting To Wifi

FOOGOOBOO

I am no longer able to connect my google home Display 1st gen to my home wifi anymore. I have tried the following:

  1. Factory Reset Google Home Display
  2. Attempted to connect to 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz Wifi
  3. Reset Modem
  4. Reset Router created new wifi
  5. Deleted Google Home Display from Home App
  6. Factory Reset Google Home Display again
  7. Attempted to connect to new wifi configured above
  8. ensured router was at latest firmware
  9. Turned all security off (Removed any requirement for password for wifi)

No matter what I do, this thing will NOT connect to any wifi. I have tried two routers, and this hub will not connect. I've had this hub for a couple years now, and have never had an issue until recently. Nothing changed. It just stopped working one day this past week and I can't get it to connect.

PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE TWO OTHER DISPLAYS THAT CONNECT JUST FINE! I ALSO HAVE THREE GOOGLE HOME MINIS THAT CONNECT WITHOUT ANY ISSUE EITHER!

Hey MOHAMMAD193,

Thanks for these details and we appreciate all your efforts.

We know how challenging it can be not to have a working device when needed. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you. I need to gather some additional personal details which shouldn't be shared on the public forum. Please fill up this form with all the needed information then let me know once done.

Cheers,

Muddi

Muddi,

Just checking in on this. I filled out the form as requested. It's been a little over a week. Are there next steps?

Still haven't heard back on this. Any next steps I should take? I am still unable to get this thing to connect to anything, but again.... all my other Google Home Devices connect fine.
