Google Home Hub is stuck on a grey g screen. - Factory reset did not work. I tried activating recovery mode and then performing a factory reset from there. But no joy just goes back to the grey G screen. Anyone find a solution to this issue. It was working fine yesterday...

Hi Francis, yes I did reach out through chat but never got through. Chat was dropped. I'll take the case id you gave and try again though. This is very frustrating.
