Thank you for your message. I understand your concern, having your device drop your WiFi is a frustrating issue. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to get your Google Nest Hub Max connected. First, I have some questions.

  • Is your Google Nest Hub Max showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • How often does your device drop WiFi?
  • What are you doing on your device when it loses the WiFi connection? Or is this happening randomly?
  • Could you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
