Thank you for your post. Oh no! That is not great to hear that your Google Home Mini and it's charger is not working. I would be more than happy to look into this issue so that you can get back to using your device. First, I have some questions:
- Is the device powering on?
- Is this a new issue? Was your Google Home Mini working normally before?
- Does the device show up on the Google Home App?
- What happens when you plug your device in? Nothing?
- Could you please perform a Factory Data Reset? Does this help resolve the issue?
