Google Home Nest Hub

Hi, this question has probably been asked a few times already.
I have the Google Nest Hub Max, I recently noticed the there is “no connection to cloud” so now I can’t view on my smart display.
I’ve tried the reboot, resetting wifi etc. But nothing seems to work. Originally it said that the device was connected to another account, but I lost my device. So had to restart again.
as any got any ideas as now I’ve run out of options.

Thanks

Hey Nikki75,

Thanks for reaching out, and my apologies for the delayed response. I know how important for you to access or stream your camera when not at home. Let's dig deeper - when did the issue start? Where do you see the message about the cloud connection issue? How many accounts are linked on the Google Home app? Also, is there someone streaming the camera on other devices at the same time?

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Muddi
