Hi , I’ve already been in contact with someone about the problem with my Home NestHub . I’ve had an email back from Dan , well several in fact but every time I reply I get the same message back “ Undeliverable : Re : Google Nest “ . I’m simply replying to the email address I received which is # . Dan_A (Community Specialist) is who I’ve been in contact with but my emails just keep bouncing back !

To get the attention of another user you can use the '@' symbol before there username.

I’ve tried replying a number of times but each time my emails have bounced back with the message “ Undeliverable “ . My Google Nest Hub still isn’t working properly .

Hi Muddi , my Nest Hub still isn’t working properly but I’ve given up and ordered a new one ! I’ve mentioned many times that my email replies aren’t getting through to anyone . You say I’m sending them to an automated email address , I’m just replying to the email I’ve received . Something isn’t quite right .

I understand that you're replying to an email, however, it's an email update from Community forums when someone responds on your thread, and replying to that email will not post or send any message to anyone. The best way to respond to a thread is to click the hyperlink included in the email.

Where or who am I supposed to reply to ? Every time I reply to one of these emails it is “ Undeliverable “ Can you give me an email address that I can send to please ? My Nest Hub still isn’t working .
