My Google Home stopped working yesterday.  I tried factory reset.  But I kept getting this error message: kGSKErrorDomain error -83905

What language and region is your Google Home app and your phone's language and region set to? Try changing them to English if they're not set to English?

Thank you, David.  Both the app and phone are in English.  I chatted online with Google.  They thought my Google Home was busted.  It’s strange that it just stopped working all of a sudden.  But our Google Mini is working fine.

Hi JM53,

We really appreciate you doing davidking's suggestion and that in itself should work already however, if the issue persists after changing to the correct language and, then it would help us a lot if you could create a new account that has a Gmail domain and set up your Google Home to the new account, it should give us an insight on what's really going on. By the way, when you say a factory reset, does it involve pressing the mute/mic button at the back of your Google Home for a period of time? if not, then follow the steps on this link. Also, for us to know more, do you have a case ID from the chat you had with Google support? What was the outcome of that chat aside from them saying it's busted?

We'll be waiting for your response.

Best,

Dan
