Google Home mini (2nd gen) : This Google Home Mini Was Manufactured For A Different Country

I've brought multiple google home mini (2nd gen) devices with me from US to a different country after being used for more than a year. 

At this time I can't connect to WiFi seeing: This Google Home Mini Was Manufactured For A Different Country. I've tried resetting the device without any success.

Please advice

I have the exact same problem - I am in Japan and brought my Home mini (2nd gen) from US, and when I switched my wifi router it all of sudden stopped working and cannot connect. I get the "it was manufactured for a different country" message also. Any solution for this?
